Carpet style "Cordova" is a low knit, looped construction pile carpet that is made with Revolution's 100% solution dyed continuous filament carpet yarn. Cordova carpet has soft yarn and exceptional stain resistance which will stand up to todays active households. Carpet Installation
Dover Floor Covering provides high quality carpet installation for any new carpet purchased. This particular style of carpet is hard to hide the seams because it's a low nap carpet. Low knit/nap carpets don't blend as easily as high, loose knit carpets so the seams can show more. We only provide the highest quality of installation services so that the seam visibility is minimized. Even though we optimize seam location so that the seams are not in high traffic areas, seam visibility is always a concern. Industry standards say "all seams will show" but our seams are pretty much seamless. Our carpet seams hide well! Cordova requires a top end carpet installation crew that will install the carpet according to mill standards to minimize showing of seams (and to minimize peaking). Also, this carpet requires seam sealing and power stretching to ensure peak performance. We here at Dover Floor Covering only install new carpet according to mill standards and will not cut corners. That is our promise to our customers. We will install it right!
